After the birth of my first child, I experienced severe postpartum depletion and a dramatically low milk supply. I was exhausted, overwhelmed—and shocked that, despite all my medical training, no one had prepared me for this.

As a board-certified physician in family and neuromusculoskeletal medicine with advanced training in functional medicine, nutrition, osteopathy, performance recovery, and mind-body healing, I’ve spent years bridging science with soul to help mothers rebuild from the inside out.
