I'm a dual board-certified physician (Family Medicine & Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine) who specializes in functional medicine for women.

I'm also a mom of two who's been through this. I know what it's like to be told "this is just how it is" when deep down you know something's off, even if you can't explain exactly what it is. I know the exhaustion. The anxiety. The feeling like your body will never be yours again. And as a person with Celiac Disease whose breastfed two babies with food allergies, I know the struggles of finding the safe foods that are actually nutritious, and how to navigate elimination diets as a breastfeeding mom.

Wait, so if I join the membership, do I get new courses forever?

As long as you're an active member, yes! When we release Breastfeeding Foundations, Breastsleeping Safety, or any future course, you get immediate access at no additional cost. What's this about an AI assistant?

Is this safe while breastfeeding/chestfeeding?

Absolutely. I'm a physician and lactation consultant (IBCLC). Everything taught is specifically designed to be safe during lactation. In fact, DetoxMama's entire focus is to have safe detox protocols for breastfeeding mothers. Don't worry if you're not breastfeeding or chestfeeding, you still benefit from DetoxMama as well, but know that all recommendations within are safe for lactating parents.

What if I have specific medical conditions or take medications?

The courses teach evidence-based protocols that work for most women, but always consult your physician before making changes. If you need more personalized support with comprehensive testing and custom protocols, consider working with me 1:1 in my Maternal Longevity Medicine practice.

Do you take insurance?

No, but the courses are eligible for HSA and FSA funding! 1:1 Coaching sessions are available for members at a discounted rate as my schedule allows. My 1:1 Maternal Longevity Medicine practice also operates on a cash-pay model with potential HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on your plan and can be financed through Advance Care Card with 0% interest for 14 months.

What's the difference between the courses and your 1:1 practice?

I'm not breastfeeding anymore. Is this still for me?

Yes! While the courses are designed for the postpartum/breastfeeding period, the principles apply to any woman recovering from childbirth. NourishMama's nutrition guidance is relevant for life. What if I'm formula feeding?
